Damaged/Faulty Items: 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following information so we can refund your order:

  2. Photo of the the damaged/faulty product

Exchanges: 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
